dots & dots & south beach ☀

i am so excited to take a break from finals week today. plans include getting lost in sewing and adding new vintage to my store — immersing myself in what i love most. ❤

i found myself on south beach on this day to shoot for an upcoming project us miami bloggers have been working on. i decided to go a little print crazy in this look, which i don't do too often. but HEY polka dots on polka dots can match!

oh yeah, exciting news.. looks like matt and i will be in NYC on July 4th! which means...
we will get to see the nathan's hot dog eating contest in real life! i know, it is sort of insane but it has kind of been a dream of ours. okay, we're silly. :)

The two polka-dot prints look so pretty together!

I love this outfit...I would have thought polka dots on polka dots would likely border on overkill till you proved otherwise :) I also love the bows you tie on your tops...it instantly jazzes up any top :) And that hot dog eating contest sounds like loads of fun...and anyone who thinks otherwise is the silly one!

The more polka dots the better! But no, seriously...I would be afraid to try this and you execute it beautifully! I think you did a good job of changing the size of the dots but staying in the same color family. You look beautiful!
